Seda Şen Atalay is a multidisciplinary clinical research professional with over 17 years of experience in the field of clinical trials, specializing in quality management, site operations, and project leadership. In her previous roles, she has taken on significant responsibilities in quality management, audit readiness, GCP compliance, and CAPA processes. Her experience spans a variety of therapeutic areas, including oncology, hematology, rare diseases, and infectious diseases, contributing to her broad clinical vision. 
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Marmara University and a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences from Istanbul University. She further enhanced her academic foundation with a Clinical Research Certificate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Fluent in both Turkish and English, she has built strong collaborations with both local and global teams through her excellent communication skills.
