Information on the Protection of Personal Data

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED IN JOB APPLICATIONS MADE TO ALTIS TIBBİ ARAŞTIRMA ORGANİZASYON EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK LTD. ŞTİ.

 

a) Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698 or Law"), your personal data is collected and processed by Altis Tıbbi Araştırma Organizasyon Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("Company") as the data controller, within the scope described below.

 

b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data/special categories of personal data collected through the job application form (hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data) are processed for the following purposes:

  • Evaluating your job application request and suitability for the relevant position,
  • Conducting and concluding recruitment processes within the framework of our Company's human resources policies and contacting you in this context,
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of legal and commercial obligations with our Company and individuals with whom our Company has business relations,
  • Determining and implementing our Company's business strategies and improving and enhancing our Company's recruitment principles.

 

c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred for the following purposes:

  • Evaluating your job application request and suitability for the relevant position,
  • Conducting and concluding recruitment processes within the framework of our Company's human resources policies and contacting you in this context,
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of legal and commercial obligations with our Company and individuals with whom our Company has business relations,
  • Determining and implementing our Company's business strategies and improving and enhancing our Company's recruitment principles.

Your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private legal entities; and if you have provided explicit consent, to our business partners, shareholders, and affiliates.

 

d) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

The Company collects and processes personal data both automatically and manually as part of a data recording system through the following methods:

  • Directly from you via phone calls, physical form completion, and automated systems (various job application websites, our Company's website, data integration, and phone channels).

The Company collects personal data based on the legal grounds stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

  • Explicitly stipulated in laws,
  • Necessary for fulfilling a legal obligation,
  • Directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract and required for processing,
  • Necessary for legitimate interests,
  • Made public by the data subject,
  • Required for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • Processed with explicit consent.

If explicit consent is given, the collected personal data will be stored for two years in our Company's Human Resources department for evaluation in recruitment processes and related activities.

 

e) Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Stated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

Personal data subjects may submit their requests regarding their rights as specified below. The Company will process the request as soon as possible and within a maximum period of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. A fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page beyond ten pages. If the response to the application is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the Company will not charge more than the cost of the recording medium.

Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of this deletion/destruction,
  • Object to any adverse results arising from the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems,
  • Request compensation if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request in Turkish, in writing, or through registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the email address previously provided to our Company and recorded in our system, in accordance with Article 13(1) of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018, numbered 30356. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

Your application must include:

  1. Your name, surname, and signature (if the application is in writing),
  2. Your Turkish ID number (if you are a Turkish citizen), or your nationality, passport number, or identification number (if applicable, for foreign nationals),
  3. Your residence or workplace address for notification purposes,
  4. Your email address, phone number, and fax number (if available),
  5. The subject of your request.

Additionally, relevant documents and information related to the subject should be attached to the application.

Your request must include complete and accurate information and documents.

Failure to provide the required information and documents properly may cause difficulties in conducting a thorough and qualified investigation based on your request. In such cases, the Company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be submitted in full, containing all necessary information and documents according to the nature of your request.
