Founding Partner

After graduating from Marmara University Faculty of Business, she obtained a master’s degree in coaching from Istanbul University Faculty of Business and Administrative Sciences and Hult University Ashridge Business School.

Since 1990, she has worked in strategic human resources and training management positions in various holding companies across different sectors. She has extensive experience in establishing and maintaining corporate human resources and training systems.

She also teaches Human Resources courses at Yeditepe University and Özyeğin University.
