Key Account Operation Manager

Cansu Çoban is an experienced clinical research professional with over 7 years of experience in field operations and clinical research management, holding a degree in Biology from Hacettepe University. Over the past three years, she has demonstrated strong project leadership by actively managing a central Clinical Research Office and coordinating the full lifecycle of more than 120 complex clinical trials. Stemming from direct field experience, Cansu Çoban possesses a deep and practical understanding of the complex dynamics among research sites, CROs, and global sponsors. Her areas of strategic expertise include end-to-end contract management, comprehensive budget negotiations, full regulatory compliance, and the optimization of study start-up processes. She currently serves as the Key Account Operations Manager at Altis.
